Seen a bike lane, sidewalk, or other facility that is not up to snuff? As they say….see something? Say something.

• Debris (eg gravel) removal on a sidewalk, path, or bike lane.

• Repair (eg potholes or cracks) on a sidewalk, path or bike lane.

• Obstruction (eg parked vehicle or construction) that forces you onto a road

The city/parish has come a long way in recent years tracking service requests. You can make requests online or utilize the 311 mobile app. Select ‘Road Maintenance Issue’ and get photos of the damage in need of repair. The city/parish needs our help to know what to fix. After all, they can’t repair what they don’t know about.
